Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. We appreciate using your vacuum & mop if you have available, although we always have back up equipment with us if yours is unavailable. If there are certain product you want us to use on items, we can distinguish those on initial walk through.
No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, Apple Pay, check, cash and venmo. Payment is expected upon receiving the invoice on the day of service.
We welcome your furry friends and are accustomed to working around pets. Please notify us upon booking if you have an indoor pet. We ask that pets be kept in a kennel or confined to a specific area during the cleaning, if possible.
Yes! A set rate of $25 per pet in household
No, you are not bound to a contract. We want you to WANT us there!
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit to avoid fees. Rescheduling will be determined by our availability.

No! We want you to have us come clean without having to “clean for your cleaner!” If you feel you absolutely need to do something it is helpful to have the space tidied up, beds made & laundry/toys picked up. There is absolutely no obligation to have anything clean before
Yes, we have blackout dates for 2025, including all major holidays, Sundays, and specific family time dates: March- None April- 18th-20th, 25th-27th May- 23rd-26th (Memorial Day weekend) June- 14th-15th, 21st, 28th July- 4th-6th August – 29th-31st September – 1st October- 11th-12th November – 27th-30th December- 24th, 25th, and 31st.
