  • Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
    Yes! We provide all the cleaning supplies we will need to clean your home. We appreciate using your vacuum & mop if you have available, although we always have back up equipment with us if yours is unavailable. If there are certain product you want us to use on items, we can distinguish those on initial walk through.
  • Do I need to be home while you are cleaning?
    No, you do not need to be home while we are cleaning, as long as we have a way to enter. Most clients leave us with a door code or a hidden key.
  • What types of payment can I use for my cleaning visits?
    You can pay with cash and check. Payment is expected to be sent upon receiving the invoice day of service.
  • What if I have pets in my home?
    We welcome your furry friends! We are used to working around home pets. If you have an indoor pet, please notify us upon booking. We ask that you have them in a kennel or confined in a specific area while we clean, if at all possible.
  • Is there a Pet Fee ?
    Yes! A set rate of $25 per pet in household
  • Do I need to sign a contract?
    No, you are not bound to a contract. We want you to WANT us there!
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule my visit?
    We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your visit to avoid fees. Rescheduling will be determined by our availability.
  • What if I am not satisfied with the clean?
    Après Cleaning Co. offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please inform us by email or phone and provide photos of any dissatisfaction within 24hrs of your cleaning visit to qualify.
  • Do you need to visit my home to provide me with a quote?
    Yes! An initial walk through is required for initial free quote. Any specific questions, recommendations can be discussed by email or on the phone once you’ve received the quote. https://www.aprescleaningco.co
  • Do you use Eco-Friendly cleaning products?
    We offer an Eco-Friendly Cleaning option. We use ecloth, and steam cleaners for our Green Clean. Check out the details here: https://us.e-cloth.com/
  • Do I need to do anything to prepare for my cleaning visit?
    No! We want you to have us come clean without having to “clean for your cleaner!” If you feel you absolutely need to do something it is helpful to have the space tidied up, beds made & laundry/toys picked up. There is absolutely no obligation to have anything clean before
  • Do you have Blackout dates ?
    Yes! All Major Holidays, Sundays and specific family time dates listed below: 2024 Blackout Dates March- 2nd, 10th , 16th 21st- 24th 31st April- no specific dates May- 16th – 19th, 25th -27th June- 29th 21st -23rd July- 3rd- 7th August – 28th- 31st September – 1st-5th November – 27th- 29th December- 24th 25th and 31st
